What is vinyl ester resin used for?
Vinyl ester resin is the corrosion barrier and structural resin in FRP equipment that handles aggressive chemicals — storage tanks, pipes, scrubbers, ducts, stacks and linings in chemical, chlor-alkali, pulp & paper, power and fertilizer plants.
Which vinyl ester grade suits my chemical?
Send the chemical, concentration and operating temperature in the form. Our resin chemists recommend Bis-A, novolac or FR for your service conditions.
Can I test before ordering a full container?
Yes. Start with 1 trial drum (220 kg) to qualify the grade in your shop, then move to pallet or FCL quantities.
Which curing system do your VE resins use?
Standard MEKP or CHP systems with cobalt promotion. Pre-promoted versions are available on request — tell us your shop temperature.
What information do you need for a quotation?
Product or application, estimated quantity, destination country/port and preferred Incoterm (FOB or CIF). For corrosion service, add the chemical, concentration and operating temperature so we can recommend the right grade.
Can Crest provide TDS and SDS before I order?
Yes. Use “Request TDS / SDS” on this page and we email the documents for the grade you are evaluating. Every shipment also carries a batch COA, MSDS/SDS, TDS and Certificate of Origin.
Do you supply internationally?
Yes. We quote FOB or CIF from Mundra or Nhava Sheva (JNPT) and pack in 220 kg drums or 1,000 kg IBCs.
